Minikube runs a single-node Kubernetes cluster inside a VM on your laptop. Normally, I would suggest installing “Minikube”, a tool that makes it easy to run Kubernetes locally. If you are working with Docker-for-desktop, the icon on the desktop toolbar should provide a general status. The first thing that we need to do, is verify that Docker is up and running. This install will be done using Docker on Mac OS High Sierra. To ensure the best user experience, please do not proceed until the elements listed above have been set up successfully.
